some personal advice from me:
1) DO eat more fruits. fruits makes you lose weight, give you vitamins.
2) DO eat regular meals. Skipping meals like dinner is not a long term solution. Cut down on supper too. Supper gives you bad digestion when you sleep and gives you tummy.
3) DO exercise, especially running is best for losing fats and good for heart. Running also is a way to purge out the toxic in your bodies.

4) DONT eat too much rice. Rice is sugar, makes you gain weight. Eat more veggies instead.
5) DONT eat fatty meats, go for lean meat. Chicken is a better choice than pork. Chicken contains more proteins, if you exercise develop into muscles. Pork contains more fats. Duck contains too much cholesterol.
6) DONT eat too much fried, oily food. Choose steamed boiled food. Oil is also fats.
7) DONT drink soft drinks. Sugar is makes you fats and unhealthy. Drink plain water.
8) DONT think sit-ups will make you lose fats on the tummy. Most people are focus on losing fats on their tummy and think that doing hell lot of sit ups will lose the tummy fats and evolve into 6packs, WRONG! In fact, sit up is not a recommended exercise to do as it is dangerous, risk of injure your spine.
Some quotes from one of the websites. Taken from Wikipedia: - Full sit-ups involve the hip flexors , as well as abdominal muscles. This can cause the back to arch, with the risk of spinal damage.
-Sit-ups, like any other strength exercise, do not cause the spot reduction of fat. Gaining a 'six pack' requires both abdominal strength training and fat loss over the abdomen - which can only be done by losing fat from the body as a whole.
-The sit-up is a strength training exercise commonly performed with the aim of strengthening the abdominal muscles.
Basically the way to maintain a slim figure is to eat clean, sleep well, exercise hard. :) If you cant see results in 2 months. find me :P |
