Take a good look at my fat belly, cause pretty soon it is gonna disappear!
This is the now picture, which you can call the "BEFORE" picture. (Please dont ask me why i took at this awkward angle.)
When i am finally a free-man in July, i gonna do a hell lot of training and kiss tummy good bye. I dare to show everyone my thick thick tummy, i got no embarrassment, mark my words: tummy will be gone in 2009! I will show everyone my "AFTER" picture when i did it :)
Do you have a belly too? Its high time to start working on it now! Make yourself looks better, more confident too. Come on!
The first thing to know is: do not over eat. Notice that i said "do not "over eat", and not "anyhow eat". I don't stress "anyhow eat", cause if i do, it means i am going on a strict diet, which i don't think will works for me. This cannot eat, that cannot eat, how to tahan? So i said, do not over eat. What it means is do not over stuff yourself during meal times. Eat just full, not over full. Typical example is starving the whole afternoon and eat like a pig over dinner buffet! That is really a good way to store more fats down the belly. :<
As for more tips, i think i will share when it works for me. If not all these are sheer rubbish. :) |
